It's Blue Monday with Sally.
Head over to see what Blues she has today.

This photo is of The Bourne Bridge on Cape Cod. The sky and water are lovely shades of blue.

Please think of our mommy today. She is having surgery for breast cancer.

This is Cindy's husband - Cindy hasn't been writing in her blog for a few days but she is actually feeling pretty good. The doctors and nurses at our hospital were terrific and the whole thing went off like clock-work. A real answer to prayer (and purrs). Thank you all.

We went to the hospital at 9 AM, the operation started just before noon, it was over around 1 PM and we were home by about 3:30 PM. Cindy is a bit sore but it's her headache that seems to be bothering her the most. We'll get the lab report in a day or so - if Hurricane Earl doesn't interfere :-)

Thank you for giving us an update. I am so glad that she is feeling good. I hope the headache goes away. I think of her every day and continue to keep her in my prayers. Well lets hope that nasty Earl goes away or at least weakens and maybe goes in another direction.

My MOm is sorry she didn't read all the way through this post to know about the surgery. She hopes all the test results come back good, and that Cindy doesn't have to have nasty Chemo, but if she does, that it will go well and readicate anything that might still be around.

Angel Simba said...

eradicate, not readicate!
